Dr. Pellow will be retiring from his family practice, with his last in office day being January 31, 2026. At this time he has not found anyone to take over the practice, and the other doctors at the Clinic are carrying a full patient load, and unable to take on more patients. When transferring care to a new doctor you can obtain your charts through RSRS record services, DO NOT SEND requests to the office:

For help with finding a new doctor or nurse practitioner

1. Ask family and friends if they can try and get you in with their doctor.

2. Speak to your local pharmacist who may be aware of new physicians in your area.

3. Call “Health Care Connect” at 1-800-445-1822 or online at https://www.ontario.ca/page/find-family-doctor-or-nurse-practitioner

Masks now only required in office if you have respiratory symptoms such as a cough or sinus congestion, and also with any fever. If you meet these criteria you must wear a face mask as you ENTER the office.

Over the summer and during the mid-winter holiday season that includes several stat holidays, allow 7 days for Rx renewals. At other times you must still allow a minimum of 4 working days for Rx renewals. It can take 2 to 3 days from the time you request a renewal until it is even received by us.
